Turner Real Estate Investments purchased 30 acres of land located within the Prado Basin flood inundation area. This acquisition required our team to work with the Army Corp of Engineers to raise the site to the required elevation in order to satisfy the needs of the flood inundation area and to allow storm water into the Chino Creek Channel. The project is comprised of a 103,104 sf free standing industrial building and three dock high multi buildings, totaling 153,000 sf.
