Through its extensive broker relationships, TREI was able to source the deal for this 8 unit, 176,000 SF industrial park in Anaheim.  Over the course of 24 months, TREI improved the property’s curb appeal by renovating the landscaping, replacing the site signage, and painting each building.  The scope of work also included new roofs, new HVAC units, seismic upgrades, and renovated unit interiors.  TREI used its substantial entitlement experience to put a new parcel map on the property, allowing for individual unit sales.  The final unit sales were completed in Q4 2016 at prices that far exceeded proforma expectations.
