Using a creative acquisition structure, Turner Real Estate Investments acquired 39 acres of industrial zoned land in Chino Hills and worked with the City of Chino Hills to re-entitle 17 acres for the future development of 360 units of high amenity multi-family housing. Upon approval of the zoning change, this land was sold. The balance of the land was developed by TREI into a three building project, consisting of one 95,000 sf single tenant building, and two dock-high multi-tenant buildings, totaling 225,000 sf.
