As one of Turner’s first acquisitions in Phoenix, this asset represented the purchase of +50 acres in the Deer Valley submarket of Phoenix. Turner was able to successfully subdivide the site into small industrial lots for sale to owner/users. Turner sold +12 acres to Trammel Crow to develop a Class A dock-high multi-tenant industrial development. Turner also developed eight small industrial buildings that were leased and sold to users, and was the first speculative small building industrial development to occur in Phoenix in eight years.
