A four building industrial complex in Phoenix, Arizona, totaling 107,751 sf. Turner Real Estate Investments acquired the complex and completed renovations. Building sizes range from 20,000 to 34,000 sf and the park is positioned in the center of the metro Phoenix area adjacent to Sky Harbor International Airport.

Turner Spectrum Ridge

Turner Real Estate Investments acquired 50.62 acres of land along with a 68,891 sf multi-tenant flex building in Deer Valley, Arizona. TREI sold 42.97 acres to users/developers and built eight freestanding industrial buildings, ranging in size from 11,000 sf to 20,000 sf, totaling 120,000 sf.
