Turner Real Estate Investments acquired a 132,545 sf freestanding industrial building located in the Irvine Business Complex. This facility, formerly a carpet dye and processing business, received an extensive physical transformation and was reintroduced as a high image, single tenant building. The project was immediately leased upon completion of the improvements.

Turner Real Estate Investments acquired 24 acres of freeway visible land in a rare West Corona location. TREI sold upon entitlement, approximately 12 acres to a multi-family developer and developed three freestanding industrial buildings, totaling 130,000 sf.

Turner South Chino

Turner Real Estate Investments purchased 30 acres of land located within the Prado Basin flood inundation area. The acquisition required our team to work with the US Army Corps of Engineers to raise the site to the required elevation in order to satisfy the needs of the flood inundation area and to allow storm water into the Chino Creek Channel. The project is comprised of a 103,104 sf free standing industrial building and three dock high multi buildings, totaling 153,000 sf.

Turner Crossing
Chino Hills

Using a creative acquisition structure, Turner Real Estate Investments acquired 39 acres of industrial zoned land in Chino Hills and worked with the City of Chino Hills to re-entitle 17 acres for the future development of 360 units of high amenity multi-family housing. Upon approval of the zoning change, this land was sold. The balance of the land was developed by TREI into a three building project, consisting of one 95,000 sf single tenant building, and two dock-high multi-tenant buildings, totaling 225,000 sf.

Turner Riverwalk

Turner Real Estate Investments acquired 73 acres in western Riverside and developed a premier master-planned mixed-used park featuring small man-made lakes and streams with pathways for workers and nearby residents. Turner Riverwalk consists of a 119-room business hotel, two 20,000 sf 2-story medical office buildings, two 4-story office buildings totaling 193,000 sf, a 39,000 sf retail center, two fast food restaurants, two 41,000 sf office buildings, 24 office condos, totaling 122,141 sf, a 30,440 sf multi-tenant industrial park and 21 small freestanding buildings totaling 142,670 sf.
