Investment Criteria

Turner Real Estate Investments (“TREI”) benefits from over 35 years of experience in the development and acquisition of industrial and low-rise office properties.  Our firm has acquired more than 2.5 million square feet of existing commercial buildings, developed over 4 million square feet of industrial and office, and have completed nearly 400 acres of land development.  Since launching our first investment fund in 2009, Turner Real Estate Investments has raised over $85 million, and invested over $115 million in 1.5 million square feet of commercial property and 116.4 acres in developable land.  Our goal is to acquire or construct properties that achieve above-market returns, while generating consistent cash flow and mitigating risk.

We are aggressively seeking to acquire core, value-add, and opportunistic industrial and office assets in our established markets of Southern California, Nevada and Arizona, along with growth markets throughout the United States.
